This Privacy Policy describes how Argon Aerospace, LLC (“Argon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with:

  • the Beagle software application;

Argon may use deidentified or aggregated information for analytics, security, product improvement, capacity planning, research, and other lawful business purposes, provided the information is not reasonably capable of being associated with an identified person or Customer.

We may disclose information to a third-party service when a Customer or Authorized User enables an integration, directs a transfer, requests a communication, or otherwise instructs Beagle to interact with that service.

Third-party services process information according to their own agreements and privacy practices. Customers should review those terms before enabling an integration.

D. Legal Process and Protection of Rights

We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

We may disclose information with the permission or at the direction of the person or Customer authorized to control it.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

Argon does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Argon does not share Customer Content with third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes.

Argon does not share mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The use of service providers to operate the Services is not treated by Argon as a sale of personal information.

If Argon materially changes these practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

BeagleApp.org and web-based portions of the Services may use:

  • cookies;

  • local storage;

  • software-development kits;

  • pixels;

  • tags;

  • log files;

  • session technologies; and

  • similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • authenticate users;

  • maintain sessions;

  • remember preferences;

  • secure accounts;

  • prevent fraud;

  • operate website and application features;

  • measure traffic and performance;

  • diagnose errors;

  • understand product usage; and

  • evaluate communications or marketing campaigns.

Some cookies are necessary for the Services to function. Where required by law, Argon will request consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.

Browser and device controls may permit users to block or delete certain cookies. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent portions of the Services from functioning correctly.

Additional information may be provided in the Beagle Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy.

9. Analytics and Advertising

Argon may use analytics providers to understand website traffic, product usage, application performance, and technical errors.

Analytics information may include device, browser, application, session, interaction, and approximate-location information. Argon does not authorize analytics providers to use Customer Content for advertising.

Beagle does not display third-party behavioral advertising within Customer workspaces.

BeagleApp.org may use limited marketing-measurement technologies to understand whether a website visit or product inquiry resulted from an Argon advertising campaign. Where required, Argon will provide appropriate notice and choices regarding those technologies.

10. Communications

Argon may send:

  • authentication messages;

  • security alerts;

  • subscription notices;

  • payment receipts;

  • product and account notices;

  • support communications;

  • updates concerning material service changes; and

  • legally required communications.

These transactional or service-related communications may be necessary to administer an account and generally cannot be disabled while the account remains active.

Argon may also send product news, educational material, event invitations, surveys, and marketing communications where permitted by law. Recipients may unsubscribe using the instructions in the communication.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent receipt of necessary account, security, billing, or legal notices.

11. SMS and Text Messages

If a person chooses to receive text messages from Argon, Argon may send messages concerning:

  • account verification;

  • multifactor authentication;

  • security alerts;

  • support requests;

  • subscription or billing issues;

  • requested product information;

  • appointments or demonstrations; and

  • other communications requested or authorized by the recipient.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Beagle.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may opt out of nonessential text messages by replying STOP. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP or contact Argon using the information provided below.

Argon does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging is not a completely secure form of communication. Users should not transmit confidential client information or Customer Content by text unless the communication method has been approved by the applicable Customer.

12. Data Security

Argon uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, destruction, or disclosure.

Depending on the nature of the information and Services, safeguards may include:

No security system, Internet transmission, or electronic-storage method is completely secure. Argon cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

Users are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, authentication methods, recovery codes, and account credentials and for promptly notifying Argon of suspected unauthorized access.

13. Data Retention

Argon retains information for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and administer the Services;

  • enforce agreements;

  • maintain security;

  • prevent fraud and abuse;

  • preserve evidence;

  • comply with litigation holds; and

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the Customer’s instructions, contractual requirements, technical constraints, and applicable law.

Customer Content is ordinarily retained for the duration of the Customer’s subscription and for the post-termination retrieval period stated in the applicable agreement. After that period, Customer Content may be deleted or deidentified according to Argon’s retention procedures, subject to:

  • Customer instructions;

  • backup cycles;

  • legal requirements;

  • litigation holds;

  • fraud-prevention requirements;

  • unresolved disputes; and

  • information retained in secure logs or records where deletion is technically impracticable.

Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period and will be protected from ordinary use until overwritten or deleted according to established backup procedures.

14. Account Deletion

Users may initiate deletion of an individually controlled Beagle account through the account settings available within the application or by contacting Argon.

Deleting the application from a device does not, by itself, delete the user’s Beagle account or information stored in the Services.

For an account controlled by a Customer:

  • the Customer’s administrator may control account deletion;

  • deleting an Authorized User’s account may not delete Customer Content created or handled by that user;

  • the Customer may retain matter records, communications, audit information, and other content; and

  • requests concerning Customer Content may be referred to the Customer.

Upon a valid account-deletion request, Argon will delete or deidentify information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as:

  • completing transactions;

  • providing the Customer’s requested services;

  • maintaining security and fraud-prevention records;

  • satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory duties;

  • preserving Customer Content controlled by an organizational Customer;

  • complying with litigation holds;

  • resolving disputes; or

  • enforcing agreements.

Argon may authenticate a deletion request before acting on it.

15. Individual Privacy Rights

Depending on the person’s residence and applicable law, an individual may have rights concerning personal information, including the right to:

  • confirm whether personal information is being processed;

  • access personal information;

  • obtain a copy of certain information;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • request deletion;

  • request portability of certain information;

  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;

  • withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and

  • appeal the denial of a privacy request.

These rights may be subject to exceptions and may not apply in every jurisdiction or circumstance.

Argon does not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, contact Argon using the information provided below. Argon may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity and authority.

When Argon processes Customer Content on behalf of a Customer, the request should generally be directed to that Customer. Argon will assist Customers with verified requests as required by applicable agreements and law.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority.

16. Utah Privacy Rights

Subject to the scope, thresholds, definitions, exemptions, and limitations of the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, eligible Utah consumers may have rights to:

  • confirm whether Argon is processing their personal data;

  • access their personal data;

  • delete personal data they provided to Argon;

  • obtain a portable copy of certain personal data; and

  • opt out of the sale of personal data or processing for targeted advertising.

Argon does not sell personal data for monetary consideration.

Where Argon processes information solely on behalf of a Customer, the Customer is generally responsible for responding to consumer requests relating to that information.

Where required, Argon will provide eligible individuals with rights and disclosures applicable in their jurisdiction. These may include rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, sensitive information, and appeals.

Argon may provide supplemental state-specific notices when reasonably necessary.

18. International Users

Argon is based in the United States, and the Services are exclusively offered from the United States.

Information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States and other countries where Argon or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.

Where legally required, Argon will use an approved transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard for international transfers of personal information.

A Customer intending to use Beagle in a jurisdiction outside the United States is responsible for determining whether additional contractual, localization, notice, consent, or transfer requirements apply.

19. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under thirteen years of age.

Argon does not knowingly permit children under thirteen to create Beagle accounts or knowingly collect personal information directly from them through BeagleApp.org.

Customer Content may concern minors when a law firm or other Customer is authorized to process that information in connection with a legal matter. In that circumstance, Argon processes the information on behalf of the Customer rather than offering the Services directly to the minor.

If Argon learns that a child under thirteen directly provided personal information through the Services without legally sufficient authorization, Argon will take reasonable steps to delete the information as required by applicable law.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

Argon does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties. This Privacy Policy does not govern information processed by a third party for its own purposes.

Customers and users should review the privacy policies and contractual terms of third-party services before enabling an integration or providing information to them.

  • background information where legally permitted; and

  • other information voluntarily provided during the application process.

This information may be used to evaluate applications, communicate with candidates, conduct legally permitted screening, maintain recruiting records, and comply with applicable law.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Argon may revise this Privacy Policy periodically.

The revised policy will be posted at BeagleApp.org with an updated Effective Date. When changes are material, Argon may also provide notice through the Services, by email, or through another reasonable method.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revised policy is subject to the revised policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
